How Bad Do You Need It

Home Shopping Tip


When home shopping you should have a couple of list that you share with your AM.A.Z.ING agent.


List #1 -Must Haves

This list should include what items that are a must.  Such as number of bedrooms,

bathrooms, location, price limits for example.


List #2 - You Really Hope You Can Get It

This list would include the extra touches, like a double oven, view lot, granite counters.  This list usually consists off high ticket items that may or may not be in your price range and design features.


It's important for buyers to really identify which list their needs and wants fall under and that they have that conversation with their agent.  Communication with your agent can really make for an AM.A.Z.ING home buying experience.
